David Siewert fc89fea319 test(utils): add unit tests for FormatArgsJSON
Add tests for FormatArgsJSON covering:
- Default compact JSON output
- Pretty print formatting
- HTML escape disabling (preserves &&, <, >)
- Combined pretty print and escape disable
- Default HTML escaping behavior
- Nil args handling
