Yasuhiro Matsumoto	943385105f	fix: handle ignored io.ReadAll errors across codebase ... io.ReadAll errors were silently discarded with `body, _ := io.ReadAll(...)`, which could cause empty or partial data to be used for JSON unmarshaling or error messages.
